Chairmanship
I. The Chairman of the Club shall serve for consecutive 100 week terms. The outgoing chairman will appoint a new chairman upon resigning. A Chairman may only be removed by unanimous vote of the members. The Chairman, at his discretion, may nominate a Vice Chairman for approval by the membership. The Vice Chairman shall assume the responsibilities of the Chairman in his absence.
Treasurer
II. The Treasurer shall be appointed by the Chairman and will serve consecutive 100 week terms. The Treasurer shall be responsible for all of the finances of the club including the collection of dues and any other financial matters as determined by the membership.
Captains
III. The Captains shall be appointed by the Chairman and serve consecutive 100 week terms. The Captains of the East and West teams shall be responsible for all aspects of competition including but not limited to rules, match organization, and pairings. A Captain may only be removed by the Chairman or unanimous vote of his team. Captains are expected to nominate a successor whose captainship shall not be unreasonably withheld by the Chairman. In the event of any dispute between the Captains, the Chairman shall make the final ruling.
Code of Conduct
IV. The 100 Club is a club of gentlemen and ladies devoted to one of the greatest games one can have the honor and privilege to play. Club members are expected to reflect such appreciation of the game in all aspects of their conduct. Members, regardless of gender, are required to wear jackets at all club gatherings, and invited guests are expected to wear comparable attire.
Requirements for Membership
V. Prospective members must meet minimum requirements to join the club, which shall include having played 20 of the Top 100 Courses in the World or being a member of one of the Top 100 Courses in the World. In certain circumstances, members may be admitted to the club by special exemption of the Chairman.
Membership Committee
VI. Prospective members are to be determined for admission by a committee of four members which shall include the Chairman and three others whose identity shall remain anonymous until such time that they choose a replacement. A member of the membership committee may choose a replacement at any time. The Chairman may approve a person for membership at any time with or without the consent of the committee.
Removal
VII. A member may be removed from the club only by unanimous vote of the membership committee.
Annual Meeting
VIII. The Club shall hold an annual meeting to be designated at the previous annual meeting.
The List
IX. The list of courses which are included in the World Top 100 must be taken from Golf Magazine in any year after 2000. Members are encouraged to play from multiple lists.
Annual Membership Dues
X. Annual dues of $100 are required of each member and are to be paid before each Annual Meeting.
